Return,Refund & Exchange Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item.

All purchases (except rompers, swimwear, underwear, panties, Clearance sale items) can be returned within 14 days (postmarked)

after you get your order.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging, and all the items in the package must include. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 2 weeks.

Kind reminder: Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by our store customer service will not be honored.
